TP-Link Portugal is seeking to recruit Inside Sales Representatives based in different regions (North, Central, and Lisbon) to help deliver the company’s growth targets in the Enterprise Networking and Enterprise Security Business Unit. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the development and success of the business.

This role will work with a dedicated Territory Account Manager to drive growth through VAR, SI, and installer channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of B2B partner development at the initial stage and focus on onboarding new B2B partners.
2. Present B2B solutions, partner programs, and sales support tools mainly through virtual channels (phone, email, online meetings).
3. Evaluate and generate new contact lists, aligning with distributor databases, market insights, and competition analysis to facilitate sales actions.
4. Apply strong sales skills and commercial sense to support the sales team in developing B2B partnerships from inception to growth.
5. Develop existing long-tail accounts, identify potential in SMB managed accounts, and lead sales efforts across various channels including System Integrators, Installers, and B2B resellers.
6. Collaborate within a team environment and support the Territory Account Manager as needed, including cross-departmental activities such as B2B workshops, roadshows, and training sessions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Strong solution-oriented sales skills and a B2B marketing perspective.
2. Experience in initiating and nurturing B2B partnerships, with a proven track record of building new business in the enterprise space.
3. Excellent customer-facing skills, with competence in online presentations, phone communication, and professional business planning.
4. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; networking and IT product knowledge is a plus but not essential.
5. Proficiency in CRM systems, report generation, and high-level MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis.
