Workplace: Oeiras (Hybrid) Role: Implement, maintain, and optimize Cloud Platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and their respective infrastructures, networks, and databases; Monitor, maintain, and support the operational capacity, availability, and performance of Cloud solutions in accordance with SLAs (2nd and 3rd level support); Implement new projects in the existing Cloud infrastructure; Conduct technical discussions with public cloud providers to anticipate and align long-term capacity and performance needs; Regularly review and adjust forecasts to ensure a scalable, cost-efficient, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
Profile: Higher education in Information Technology; Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, and network design in web-scale environments; Good knowledge of automation and configuration management tools in infrastructure and networks; Good knowledge of implementation models and IaaS and PaaS technologies in public cloud; Experience in network management, preferably in a large data center environment; Knowledge of automation and IaaC (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Jenkins), version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, TFS, or Travis CI), containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift), infrastructure testing (e.g., ServerSpec), infrastructure security (e.g., OWASP ZAP), and test automation (e.g., Selenium or Gatling); Fluency in English; Good adaptability and flexibility; Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and persuasion skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
