Role Overview:
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you will support users of a digital mobile application operating in the
French market
. You will handle customer inquiries related to account usage, transactions, and general app support, ensuring a high-quality user experience in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via chat, email, and/or phone in Flemish and English
* Assist users with account setup, verification, and profile management
* Support inquiries related to payments, transactions, and app functionality
* Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues and deliver effective solutions
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and platform policies
* Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
* Meet defined KPIs, quality standards, and SLAs
Mandatory Requirements:
* Fluent Flemish and advanced English
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in rotative shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Comfortable working in an on-site work environment in Lisbon
Nice to Have:
* Previous experience in digital platforms, fintech, gaming, or online services
* Experience in a contact center or customer support role
* Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Compensation & Benefits:
* Base Salary: 1,500€ (paid over 14 months)
* Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
* Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
