Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate online content, including videos, user complaints, and legal notices, to ensure copyright infringement accuracy.
• Maintain and update content on a popular social media platform, adhering to strict guidelines.
• Conduct audits of received content and share it for social media uploads.
• Ensure excellent customer service by delivering services that meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Stay knowledgeable about client products and/or services.

Requirements:
• C1 or higher German language proficiency
• B2 English language level
• Associate degree in a related field with 6-12 months of relevant experience preferred
