This role exists to turn Procurement data into smart, actionable decisions. Rather than negotiating with suppliers, you will lead the team responsible for analysing, interpreting and anticipating Global Procurement performance through KPIs, insights and strategic reporting.
Description
Lead the Procurement Controlling area, responsible for analysing Global Procurement performance and KPIs
Monitor and continuously improve Procurement KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency and business relevance
Coordinate the Global Procurement budget, from planning to execution follow-up
Analyse deviations, identify trends and support the identification of savings opportunities, in close collaboration with Global Buyers
Develop ad-hoc analyses and executive-level reporting for senior management
Act as a bridge between Procurement and other areas (Finance, IT, Supply Chain), aligning data, processes and business needs
Define and improve processes, information flows and reporting models
Profile
University degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management
Around 5 years of professional experience, ideally in controlling, business analysis or business intelligence
Exposition to Procurement and Supply Chain analysis is a plus
Naturally analytical profile, with a strong interest in data, performance indicators and financial storytelling
Experience leading small teams and working with junior profiles
Ability to structure complex data and translate it into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ease in working with multiple stakeholders, including Global Buyers and leadership
Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools, with strong learning agility for new systems
Fluent English (mandatory)
