Your MissionEnsure the successful execution of the area's sales plan, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and satisfaction, in line with established sales policies, standards, and procedures. Develop prospecting strategies tailored to the competitive landscape of the region.Monitor the activities of key competitors in the region, propose proactive measures to differentiate the company's offerings and enhance competitiveness.Define, measure, and track commercial objectives for your area, broken down by client and account manager, to ensure the achievement of the area's overall results.Ensure prospecting visits to the most relevant clients in the area, in accordance with the commercial policy, and monitor the prospecting plans of the Account Managers and Sales Representatives in your area. Ensure the implementation of initiatives defined in the SCC brands' execution plan, in accordance with the company's execution strategy, within the area under your responsibility.Ensure the implementation of material and visibility initiatives for SCC products, aimed at increasing turnover in line with the area's strategic objectives.Regularly monitor quality indicators for SCC products to ensure a high level of satisfaction among end consumers.Analyze the performance of clients in their area, taking into account internally established governance.Define, measure, and track sales targets for your area, broken down by customer, sales representative, and account manager, to ensure the achievement of the area's overall results.Ensure the execution of sales policies in your area, monitoring their implementation and effectiveness.Monitor the sales activities carried out by the team in accordance with defined objectives, analyze results and propose timely improvement measures.Ensure efficient route planning for the team, guaranteeing compliance with the frequency and duration of visits established in internal guidelines and taking into account both offline and online purchasing channels, and implement corrective actions whenever necessary, seeking to increase customer use of the online channel.Analyze customer performance in your geographic area, taking into account internally established governance.Manage sub-distributors operating within your geographic area to maximize total revenue generated in the area (Novadis + Sub-distributors).Oversee the execution of events within your area of responsibility, ensuring that resource allocation for these events aligns with internal governance.We want you to bringDegree and/or Master's in management, Economics, AccountingAt least 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, specifically in business development, working across various product categories, and account managementExperience managing sales teams (preferred)Experience working with multichannel sales teams: offline and onlinePrevious experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, beverages, and food (preferred)Driver's license (Class B – manual transmission)Languages: Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) (preferred for urban centers)MS Office (user-level proficiency)Good knowledge of sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce) (preferred)Interpersonal skills and customer focusLeadership skills (preferred)Stakeholder managementAnalytical and decision‐making skillsHold the legal documents required for the provision of subordinate labour in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion factor)
