About the Role
We are looking for a skilled EDI Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing EDI mapping, setup, and testing as needed. You will also provide daily support for EDI interfaces to/from JD Edwards Enterprise One, including help desk ticket resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Perform EDI mapping, setup, and testing as required
* Provide daily support for EDI interfaces to/from JD Edwards Enterprise One
* Monitor the DJGEDI mailbox and work with internal users and external contacts to resolve issues in a timely manner
* Monitor 3rd party portals (SPS Commerce, Rithum, Logicbroker, ECGrid) and resolve errors as needed
* Monitor and set up AS2 and SFTP communications
* Upload and install new customer certificates
* Report any interruptions in communications to the EDI Specialist and Director of Information Services
Your Profile
* 5 years of experience with OpenText Trusted link mapping and daily operations
* 5 years of experience mapping EDI in a manufacturing direct to retail environment
* 3 years of experience in a JD Edward EnterpriseOne ERP environment
* 3 years of experience working on an IBM AS400 platform
* Experience working in a Software Development Life Cycle methodology
* Analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced level of English
* Available to work different time zones
