B2B Appointment Setter
working on a
commission-only basis
.
Your role is not sales and not closing.
Your mission is to
start qualified conversations and book high-quality appointments
with relevant decision-makers. Closing, proposals, and project execution are handled by our internal management and business development team.
Tasks
Research and identify relevant decision-makers in large organizations
(e.g. Digital, IT, Product, UX, Innovation, Procurement)
Reach out via
email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
Start meaningful B2B conversations and qualify interest
Book
qualified appointments
(intro / discovery calls) with our leadership team
Pre-qualify appointments based on clearly defined criteria
Document contacts, conversations, and appointments in a structured way (CRM / tracking)
Coordinate closely with our internal business development team
No sales, no closing, no contract negotiations.
Your responsibility is the
quality and relevance of the appointments

Qualifications
Proven experience in
B2B outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development
Strong online research skills – you know how to find the right people, even without direct contact data
Confident with
LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools
Strong affinity for
AI tools, automation, and efficient workflows
Independent, structured, and KPI-driven working style
Experience with
UX, digital products, consulting, or B2B services
is a strong plus
