Support the Product Owner in backlog management and ensure metric transparency. Mentor teams toward high performance and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate agile scalability across different squads.Essential Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments (SW + HW). PSM II or CSM certification (mandatory). C2 fluency in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Desirable Skills Knowledge of Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
