Salesforce UAT Specialist
We are looking for a
Salesforce UAT Specialist
to support Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Create and manage test cases, scripts, and test scenarios
Perform manual testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, flows, validations, and integrations
Log, track, and validate defects using tools such as Jira
Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams during testing cycles
Support UAT workshops, user training, and post-go-live activities
Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Salesforce-related projects
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities and testing processes
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools
Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, Apex-triggered processes)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, etc.)
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments
Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Provar or Copado
Understanding of CI/CD and release management processes
