Profile: - Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
- Experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or vulnerability management environments;
- Solid understanding of Pentest processes, both manual and automated;
- Experience or strong interest in automation, scripting, and offensive security tools;
- Strong organizationaland planning skills, with the ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation;
- Autonomous, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities: - Support the organization and planning of Pentests in collaboration with the offensive security team;
- Prepare testingenvironments, including accounts, roles, permissions, and target system identification;
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings and Pentest scope definition sessions;
- Collect and validate technical prerequisites to accelerate Pentest delivery;
- Coordinate Pentest logistics, including kick-off meetings and final restitution sessions;
- Support the operationand continuous delivery of the automated Pentest platform;
- Onboard new applications into the automated Pentest solution, managing stakeholders and onboarding workflows;
- Maintain and documentstandard onboarding and operational processes;
- Contribute to offensive security testing, including automated and blackbox Pentests;
- Act as an enabler between VOC teams, OSO teams, and business stakeholders.
