We are seeking an expert in quality management to collaborate with our production, procurement, logistics and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality management processes aligned with SAP QM functionality.
* Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
* Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of QM processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
* Strong understanding of quality management principles including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
* Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
* Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM (procurement quality), PP (in-process quality), and PM (maintenance quality checks).
* Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to QM.
A strong background in regulatory compliance and audit support within a manufacturing or life sciences environment is advantageous.
