Job Title: Administrative Specialist - Project Support Office
Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? The Group PMO is looking for a dynamic Administrative Specialist to join our Project Support Office team In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our international operations, ensuring seamless coordination, supporting key projects, and empowering teams to deliver their best.
Your responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Group PMO and individual projects.
2. Manage roadmap and portfolio activities.
3. Update and manage templates, processes, methods, standards, SOPs, and e-learning materials.
4. Administer central sites, project communities, and resources (e.g., SharePoint).
5. Manage and verify project documentation.
6. Ensure adherence to Project Management governance and methodologies.
7. Prepare complex reports and presentations.
8. Assist with strategic assignments for PMO initiatives.
9. Conduct onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Our requirements:
1. Proficiency in English at least B2+ level – fluent in both written and spoken communication.
2. Proven experience in customer service, administration, project support/management, or business analysis.
3. Practical knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
4. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
5. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
6. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2/Agile) and familiarity with MS SharePoint is a significant advantage.
