Your role in our team A Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new and innovative products and solutions for our customers.Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of specifications and technical requirements of the equipment to be developed, according to the requirements of the product, customer specification and applicable standards and regulations.Design the architecture of the solutions taking into account the approved specifications.Validate that the design is sufficiently detailed so that the development of the solution is as close as possible to what is intended.Validate that all specifications are reflected in the solution design.Perform calculations of static, kinematic and dynamic nature, in order to assess the strength and characteristics of the mechanical assemblies that should integrate the solution to be developed.Perform the creation of items and bills of materials in the ERP, as well as ensure their correct identification and submission in the system.Contribute to the documentation of the products according to the results of the projects, including manuals, datasheet, documentation for the production, installation, etc., and the tests of releases of products and prepare specific documents within the scope of the project whenever necessary.Support the process of elaborating user support documentation, whenever necessary, to ensure that the information is consolidated and available for consultation with the appropriate quality.Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the operation of the area more complete, effective, efficient and profitable, ensuring and improving the service provided to customers.Maintain an active permanent technological radar, in order to ensure the updating and differentiation of the product's portfolio.Articulate and communicate with the Quality Area with the objective of analyzing the risk associated with the development of new products.Participate in relevant forums and communities of innovation, research and development, engineering, technology, technology and industry.Interact with the various areas in the definition of the architectures for the products and solutions and provide support in the analysis of identified problems.Ensure technical and technological benchmarking.Promote the continuous improvement process, often re‐evaluating processes and working methods.Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.Your profileDegree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in machines or structures design.Minimum 3 years' experience in similar positions.CAD software proficient (AutoCAD, Inventor or similar).Solid English skills (verbal and written).Results orientated, with strong time and priorities management skills.Analytical capacity & critical thinking.Team player with excellent communications skills.Autonomous, self‐motivated and proactive attitude.Flexibility.Ability to work under minimum supervision.Knowledge of Machinery Safety standards is a plus.Benefits:Exciting tasks in a fast‐growing, future‐oriented industry player.Competitive salary package, with extra‐days off, including your birthday, flexible working hours and remote work options.Health insurance for the whole family.Well‐Being and Employee Assistance Program.Active protocols with external partners and other caring perks (ex: fresh fruit, bread and yogurt).A pleasant and collaborative working atmosphere.Recruitment TeamFor questions please contact us via jobs@koerber.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
