We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of involvement, experience, and excellence.Join our team as aTech Delivery Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!What You'll Do:Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budget and quality standards are met.Coordinate cross-functional technical teams while maintaining strong alignment with business stakeholders.Plan and monitor roadmaps, KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent project performance.Identify, assess and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business areas.Oversee third-party vendors and contracts, ensuring KPI and SLA compliance.Review and interpret technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration flows (EAI).Ensure adoption of best practices related to CI/CD, Cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and application security (OWASP, SAST, DAST, vulnerability management).Qualifications:5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.Strong technical background (e.g., former developer, tech lead or software architect).Solid understanding of software development concepts, including architectures, APIs, Dev Ops and integrations.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira and Git Hub.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).Understanding of information security best practices.Experience in corporate environments and complex projects (front-end applications, ERP systems, integrations, cloud solutions).Experience in the insurance industry is a plusAtData Smart, you will have the opportunity to integrate into a solid company and participate in projects of high recognition, nationally and internationally, with an appealing technological environment and career progression.Excellence in the way to the future!Connect with Us : Follow us on Linked In for updates on career opportunities, company news, and industry insights!
