Technical Business Analyst We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a financial technology environment supporting digital platforms used across client lifecycle management, operational workflows, and integrated enterprise application ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, systems analysis, and enterprise data engineering. Candidates should be comfortable operating close to backend systems, relational data models, APIs, and interconnected application workflows. Skills +5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Technical Analysis Proficiency in SQL and PL‐SQL Experience analyzing enterprise apps, business workflows, and integrated systems Gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and backend application ecosystems Documentation, workflow analysis, and business process mapping Data flows, relational/NoSQL data models, and process dependencies Supporting testing, validation, UAT, and release/change processes Experience with IT projects in the healthcare sector Collaborating with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and product teams Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, operational workflows, and enterprise processes, translating business needs into functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories, and validation criteria for engineering delivery. Perform SQL and PL‐SQL analysis to validate business rules, investigate operational datasets, analyze data dependencies, reconcile system behaviors, and support functional troubleshooting. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to analyze backend application flows, relational data models, stored procedures, batch processes, and enterprise application logic. Support analysis of API integrations, service interactions, and interconnected enterprise platforms, helping define system behaviors, payload expectations, and integration requirements. Produce structured documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and business rules. Contribute to business process optimization initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
