TAX Compliance Senior Consultant

The Role:
* Leading Strategic Implementation: Structure and lead the implementation of the Pillar 2 compliance project through dedicated workstreams;
* Innovative Project Design: Develop and execute pilot projects to foster a hands-on learning environment;
* Empowering Leadership: Oversee and support your team, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes;
* Effective Communication: Organize and lead regular meetings, monitoring progress and tackling challenges head-on;
* Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and contribute to defining training scope and content for optimal team performance;
* Deadline Management: Track progress and maintain alignment with countries identified as early adopters, ensuring strategic readiness;
* Process Optimization: Drive automation initiatives to streamline Pillar 2 processes, enhancing efficiency.
Your Profile:
* Academic Excellence: Bachelor's and/or Master's in Accounting, Taxation, or related fields;
* Experience: Over 4 years in relevant roles;
* Proactive Mindset: Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactive responsibility are essential;
* Global Communication Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory);
* Team Leadership: Proven experience managing teams effectively;
