Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails)
2. Start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
3. Provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
4. Communicate in Hebrew every day
5. Have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team
6. Work in our office in the beautiful city of Porto
What are we looking for?
1. Advanced spoken and written Hebrew skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
2. Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
3. Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
4. Ability to generate empathy in written form
5. Good communication skills
6. Customer orientation and troubleshooting
7. Ability to manage time and meet goals
