Job Description:
The Event Planning Specialist plays a pivotal role in the coordination and execution of events hosted at our property. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and delivery of seamless event experiences.
* Assist in the development and implementation of event concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives;
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets;
* Serve as a key point of contact throughout the event planning process;
* Maintain detailed records of event timelines, vendor contracts, and logistical arrangements;

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed as an Event Planning Specialist, one must possess exceptional organizational skills, detailed attention to detail,, effective communication abilities, ability to multitask under pressure. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred along with prior experience (1-3 years) within the function.
The ideal candidate should also exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word Excel Outlook calendar management software.
