Imagine shaping the future, transforming concepts into refined, high-end creations ready for production – each piece a testament to our savoir-faire and the passion of the artisan.As part of our industrialization team, you will: Support the full journey of new product industrialization, from validation to production launch, ensuring every step is executed with masterful precision. Help ensure that industrialization standards and best practices are applied with the meticulous care that only true art demands. Contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes, balancing cost, intrinsic quality, ergonomics, and safety – a true industrial alchemy. Cooperate to implement analysis and control tools to enhance efficiency and industrial performance, paving the way to perfection. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality and operational excellence to unprecedented levels. Hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (mandatory). Comfortable working with CAD tools – your digital hands for creation.
