About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedMaster Data Management Consultantto join our client in thepharmaceutical industry.
You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality master data across SAP systems, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, and enabling efficient global business processes.
This role requires strong expertise in data governance, migration, quality, and lifecycle management, preferably within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and governmaster data structuresacross materials, customers, vendors, and product hierarchies.
Supportdata migration, cleansing, validation, and enrichmentactivities during SAP S/4HANA transformation and integration projects.
Ensure compliance withpharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA)in data handling and governance.
Collaborate withbusiness and IT stakeholdersto align master data with process requirements.
Implementdata quality controls, KPIs, and reportingdashboards to monitor consistency and accuracy.
Support integration of master data betweenSAP S/4HANA, PLM, SCM, and external systems.
Contribute todata governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience inMaster Data Management (MDM)withinSAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge ofdata governance, migration, and data quality frameworks.
Understanding ofSAP logistics modulesis an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience inglobal pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
Knowledge ofSAP MDG (Master Data Governance)solutions.
Familiarity withGRC, access management, and SoD policies.
