It is a way of life and a destination in itself. Located on the top floor of Andaz Lisbon, Luzzi is inspired by modern Lusitanian cuisine (from which its name derives), a concept reflected not only in the menu, but also in its cocktails, colors, décor, and music. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a vibrant, sensorial, and memorable dining experience.As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering personalized, attentive, and high-quality service that embodies the Andaz spirit and creates meaningful and memorable moments for our guests.ResponsibilitiesPerform complete opening and closing duties for your stationGreet guests warmly and escort them to their tablesAssist and guide guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring comfort and attentivenessEnsure all materials, equipment, and service tools are in excellent conditionMonitor dining areas (lunch/dinner) to ensure availability, organization, safety, and guest well-beingFollow all company policies, procedures, and brand standardsMaintain a polished, professional personal appearance in line with Andaz standardsProtect proprietary and confidential information and safeguard company assetsMonitor the guest experience throughout the meal, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptlyAcknowledge and welcome all guests according to company standardsCommunicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleaguesBuild and maintain positive, collaborative working relationshipsMeet all quality assurance expectations and brand service standardsQualificationsExcellent verbal communication and professional presentationStrong customer focus and ability to personalize serviceAgility, attention to detail, and strong awareness of guest needsKnowledge of wines and gastronomy is a plusTeam-oriented, with good time-management skillsAbility to stay calm and courteous under pressureFluency in English;
