What You'll Do
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to Android developers
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android architectures
* Lead the development of complex features and ensure high performance
* Implement secure mobile solutions following best practices
* Drive automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end, a11y)
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
* Use data-driven insights to improve app performance and user experience
* Mentor and coach team members, fostering innovation and excellence
* Provide realistic estimations and manage technical complexity

What We're Looking For
* Solid experience building and maintaining Android applications
* Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and security best practices
* Experience with automated testing (e.G., Playwright, unit, integration, a11y)
* Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of mobile developers
* Skilled in software estimation and managing technical uncertainty
* Data-driven mindset with experience in performance monitoring
* Experience releasing apps to the Google Play Store

Nice to Have
* Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.G., React Native, Flutter)
