Job Description Your contribution to something big: Collaborate with development teams responsible for electronic control units and electronic devices used in boilers and gas water heaters; Derive and define reliability requirements based on load profiles for electronic control units and electronic devices; Drive and moderate quality prevention sessions (e.g., FMEA, Focus Matrix, DRBFM, risk assessments) in accordance with Bosch Engineering System and product engineering processes; Conduct technical and safety reviews of electronic control units and electronic devices within product development projects; Plan, manage, and execute reliability testing throughout the development process of electronic control units and electronic devices; Define, design, and build test setups for electronic reliability testing; Review and interpret technical specifications, including test specifications and test procedures; Develop test plans and execute reliability tests, ensuring proper documentation of results; Analyze, present, and communicate test results and findings to development teams; Design, document, and support the implementation of reliability test procedures and methodologies; Contribute to continuous quality improvement of the existing product portfolio and laboratory facilities; Ensure engineering quality and compliance with processes by applying the independent four-eye principle.
Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education: Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
Know-how: Previous knowledge in electronics and automation ; Proficiency programming in Python is a plus; Familiarity with IoT/IIoT tools and hardware is a plus; Testing of electronic control units and electronic devices (is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English .

Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication skills, including the ability to navigate situations with differing or conflicting interests.
