This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams.We would like to meet a Senior UX Designer for a project with a hybrid working model:Responsibilities:Lead the UX design process from discovery to deliveryTranslate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specificationsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholdersAdvocate for best UX practices and a strong design cultureRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior UX DesignerStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinkingHands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specificationSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibilityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and mentor other designersAre you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
