* 1-3 years of experience in software development.
* Proficiency in Java, HTML, JSON/REST web services, and SQL databases.
* Experience or interest in Low-code technology and agile methodologies.
* English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Intrinsic motivation and a growth mindset.
