Role: Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and self-service portals.
The ideal candidate is driven, quality-focused, and comfortable working across the full development lifecycle—from frontend and backend development to DevOps and cloud deployments—while collaborating in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications for customer-facing websites and self-service portals.Work across frontend, backend, and DevOps responsibilities to ensure reliable and performant solutions.Build reusable, scalable, and secure components using modern frameworks and technologies.Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, following secure development practices, and optimizing performance.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment.Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Contribute to continuous improvement through experimentation with new tools, technologies, and ideas.Coach and support junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Integrate applications with third-party platforms and APIs, including Salesforce.Support analytics and tracking implementations (e.g., GA4).
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Full Stack Developer.Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.Backend development experience using Java, Golang, and Node.js.Experience with databases and search technologies such as MariaDB and Elasticsearch.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP.CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions.Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, unit testing, and performance optimization.Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly in English.Preferred / Good-to-Have SkillsTelecommunications (Telco) domain knowledge.Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.Experience working with both public and private cloud environments.Exposure to innovation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development.Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology; Scrum Master experience is a plus.Experience working with Salesforce APIs.Knowledge of Web Analytics, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
