You will help customers by phone, email, and chat with their questions, orders, or issues, while also supporting sales and keeping track of everything in the system, aiming to keep customers happy and reach set sales goals.
Requirements
* Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (B2)
* High school Diploma
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Experience in customer support, tech support, or sales is a plus.
