Role Description
Infinity Games is looking for a
UA & Marketing Assistant
to join our growing Marketing & User Acquisition team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is curious about performance marketing, and wants to build a career in UA and mobile marketing within the games industry.
This is a
hybrid role
, with regular presence in our
Odivelas office
.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning, launch and optimization of User Acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and ARPU
* Support creative testing (videos, statics, playables) and analyse performance results
* Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design and Game teams to improve campaign performance
* Support ASO initiatives and store presence optimization (App Store & Google Play)
* Help with day-to-day marketing tasks and operational support to the team
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, obtained in Portugal --> If obtained outside Portugal, official DGES recognition is mandatory
* Ability to work in a hybrid model in Odivelas (this is not a fully remote role)
* Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbers
* Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
* Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Organised, proactive and eager to learn
Nice-to-Haves
* Previous experience in UA, performance marketing or mobile games
* Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
* Knowledge of mobile game metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU)
