Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes within a project in the Telecommunications sector.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews; Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles; Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress; Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog; Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture; Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvements; Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile methodologies.Your Profile
Academic background in IT Engineering, Telco or similar; + 3 yearsof proven experience as a Scrum Master; Knowledgeof Product Ownership is a plus; Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus; Strong communication skills valued; Good level of English (spoken and written).What you'll love about working here
