What we're looking for:
Manage incidents impacting
network and telephony infrastructures
(Data, VoIP, Mobile)
Provide technical support on
data networks and telephony
to internal teams
Support and assess telecom impacts of new projects, including
capacity planning
Define and contribute to medium- and long-term
telecom infrastructure evolution
Coordinate and challenge
service providers
to meet business and incident-resolution needs
Oversee day-to-day management and service quality of telecom subcontractors
Lead and support projects related to
Networks and Mobility
Ensure operational availability of
DATA, WiFi/VoWiFi, and VoIP infrastructures
