Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care in different care settings within the clinic
* Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards;
* Document nursing interventions in a timely manner;
* Promote patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment and adherence to treatment;
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families;
* Participate in and promote actions aimed at coordinating the different levels of healthcare;
* Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within your professional sphere of intervention;
* Record incidents;
* Promote and participate in national and international research programmes and projects;
* Collaborate in the training and skills development of other professionals;
* Participate in the management and organisation of the nursing team's work;
* Resolve care and organisational problems.
Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing and valid professional licence
* With or without experience in dialysis techniques
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
* Knowledge of quality systems
* Personal skills: Initiative; Critical thinking; Decision-making; Communication; Conflict management and Teamwork
