When a customer walks through our doors, we want them to be wowed – and that’s down to you and your team. As a Clarks Store Manager, you’ll be at the very heart of our business, championing a much-loved brand.
The role
You’ll be at the forefront of the Clarks business, leading a team in our store. Thanks to you, it’ll be a great place to be – for customers and team members alike. You’ll create a lively, friendly atmosphere, where everyone feels welcome. It’s a job for a great manager and brand ambassador – someone who champions Clarks and inspires teams to achieve. As a skilled professional, you’ll be ready to lead people through the full service cycle, from greeting customers to closing sales and ensuring a great customer experience. You should be familiar with tracking P&L, planning trading events, minimizing costs, and delivering KPIs. The customer experience you create will be key to driving sales.
About you
As an experienced retail manager, you have a proven track record of success. You’re an inspiring leader with strong communication skills who can motivate your team. Experience in Fashion or Footwear is a plus but not essential. More important is your ability to lead teams, promote brands, and deliver outstanding customer service. You are organized, adaptable, and capable of meeting targets, managing P&L, and handling daily operations.
