Job Description

At Stats Perform, we don’t just power sport - we shape its future. As a global leader in sports data and technology, we help the biggest names in sport and media unlock deeper insights, make faster decisions, and deliver unforgettable fan experiences. Whether it’s tracking player performance, enhancing tactical analysis, or powering in-game betting, our technology is at the heart of how sport is played, analysed, and consumed today.

We’re now hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve recruitment delivery from our Aveiro office. This is not your average TA Manager role - it’s a hands-on, fast-moving, globally focused opportunity where adaptability, resilience, and strong judgment will be critical to your success.

About The Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners (three permanent, one FTC) working across multiple regions and time zones. You’ll be expected to provide strategic oversight, coaching, and operational execution, You will also get stuck in and run your own requisitions. This is not a pure people management role, it’s about balancing leadership and delivery.

You will be helping to embed new systems, evolve how we work, and navigate a fast-changing environment. Things move quickly here, so we need someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay productive when things are still being figured out. If you’re someone who needs everything to be neat, tidy and pre-defined, this probably isn’t for you - if you thrive on a challenge and are ready to make a difference to an improving internal recruitment service, this is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, support and coach a global team of 4 TA Partners (3 perm, 1 FTC)
* Manage your own requisitions across technical and business areas
* Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across regions and functions
* Champion operational excellence in recruitment processes, metrics and delivery
* Support the rollout of system improvements and new tools
* Act as a true business partner to stakeholders while balancing global hiring needs
* Monitor performance data and lead regular reporting on TA effectiveness
* Help embed a high-performing, collaborative TA culture

What We’re Looking For

* Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas
* Experience leading and mentoring recruiters or internal talent acquisition teams
* Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities at once
* Confident working in evolving, high-change environments
* Able to work independently, make decisions, and move things forward
* A pragmatic problem-solver with sound judgment and people skills
* Fluent English required (spoken and written)
* Must be comfortable commuting to our office in Aveiro - this is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

What We Offer

* Excellent salary
* Fully funded medical insurance, including dental and vision
* Daily meal vouchers
* 22 days of annual leave, plus public holidays
* Increases to 25 days after 3 years of continuous service
* Quarterly Mental Health Days – additional fixed days off to recharge and reset
* Monthly no-meeting Fridays – time to focus, learn, and catch up
* Long Service Award – 1 week of extra pay and 1 week of additional holiday after 10 years
