The Scrum Master will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure the smooth execution of Scrum processes within the team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Agile project management. We will take care of your path to grow, if needed, on this key role for Tekever.You'll help amazing engineering teams deliver ground‐breaking hardware products using electronics, 3D structures and software.What Will Be Your ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum Events: Assist in organizing daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings and other events.Support the Product Owner: Help the Product Owner maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring that the team understands the work to be done.Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure the team's adherence to Scrum principles and values as outlined in the Scrum Guide.Remove Impediments: Identify and address impediments that hinder the team's productivity and progress.Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Find effective ways to map individual needs to team and product needs.Ensure Transparency: Maintain transparency in project progress through tools like sprint backlogs, burn‐down charts, and other Scrum artifacts.Continuous Improvement: Support the team in identifying areas for improvement during retrospectives and implementing actionable solutions.Profile And Requirements1‐2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role is preferred, but not required.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.Someone who values in‐person collaboration, speaking in Portuguese and English.True agile mindset and basic knowledge of product development are required.Proactive, practical, team‐oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast‐paced environment.Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.Conflict management experience is a plus.Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
