About the role
This role involves supporting trading activities, including trade support and documentation. Staff in middle office functions support complex product areas such as fixed-income and equity derivatives, requiring substantial product knowledge.

What you'll do
- Booking and exception management for hedges across instrument types and asset classes (shares, bonds, derivatives)
- Lifecycle management of OTC and listed derivatives
- Handling trades from various platforms
- Troubleshooting issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales, Risk, and Reconciliation
- Identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with partners, and supporting implementation
- Training junior team members in your areas of expertise
What you'll need
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
- 2-4 years of experience in Middle Office or related functions
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and SQL
- Responsible action and integrity
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
