Role OverviewWe are looking for a SAP Lead to join one of our major clients.You will play a key role in defining standards, governance models, and architectural principles for a large-scale SAP ecosystem undergoing a strategic transformation journey.
This role involves working at the intersection of technology, governance, and business strategy to ensure best practices, sustainable architecture, and the continuous modernization of the SAP landscape.What you will do:Define, maintain, and evolve SAP standards, guidelines, and best practices, including development frameworks, Clean Core strategy, extensibility models, and DevSecOps approaches; Establish and operationalize governance for RISE with SAP, aligning with architecture, security, and external partners; Promote adoption of SAP frameworks such as SAP Activate, SAP Best Practices, and reference architectures; Collaborate closely with business areas to understand functional and strategic needs and design the most suitable SAP solutions; Ensure solutionalignment with enterprise architecture and security requirements; Accelerate the transformation of the SAP landscape, including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, reduction of customizations, and modernization of applications; Evaluate and drive the adoption of SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Joule and side-by-side innovation scenarios.What you are like:Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with solid experience in complex SAP environments; Experienced in SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA migrations, RISE with SAP, modernization initiatives); Skilled in Clean Core strategies, extensibility approaches and SAP development best practices; Solid understanding of SAP BTP, integration patterns and solution architecture principles; Knowledgeable in SAP security, compliance, and DevSecOps concepts applied to SAP landscapes.Why join us:Work on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program... and much more!
