Be our commercial drive on the ground in Portugal and help build Revive's presence in a growing market.

ABOUT REVIVE

For over 16 years, Revive has brought together vision, entrepreneurship and expertise in sustainable urban development — growing from a developer with strong social ambitions into a pan-European player that deploys both places and capital to make cities more liveable, resilient and future-focused.

In Portugal, Revive is actively developing two residential projects: a new development in Porto (Amial, 452 units) and Arcoverde in Lisbon, Paço de Arcos (224 units). Together, over 600 homes in the coming years, and more on the way.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are expanding our residential real estate operations in Portugal and we need a sharp, driven commercial professional to make it work. This is not a pure sales role, it's a broad position that combines commercial ownership with marketing coordination and operational follow-up. You will work closely with the Revive Portugal team, local partners on the ground, and collaborate with our international Go-to-Market team at HQ in Belgium. Two live projects to deliver, a local team to grow with, and the opportunity to help shape Revive's brand in Portugal for the long term.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

▸ Drive commercial performance Keep the sales rhythm going: monitor targets, maintain pipeline discipline, and ensure local momentum stays on track across both projects.

▸ Build Revive's brand in Portugal Coordinate local marketing efforts, ensure brand consistency across channels, and monitor budgets versus forecast to protect return on marketing investment.

▸ Translate strategy into action Act as the link between HQ and the local marketing and commercial teams, making sure strategic decisions are correctly implemented and consistently followed through on the ground.

▸ Report and keep stakeholders aligned Provide regular on-the-ground reporting on KPIs, project milestones, and market dynamics. Be the voice that keeps everyone informed and aligned.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

▸ Commercial background in real estate: solid experience in residential real estate: sales, commercial management, or a similar role. You understand what it takes to drive results in this market.

▸ Bilingual: fluent in both Portuguese and English, essential for working effectively with the local team and international colleagues at HQ.

▸ Autonomous and growth-minded: comfortable working independently with high integrity. You take ownership of your work and are genuinely eager to grow alongside a scaling international organisation.

▸ Broad and versatile: you thrive outside narrow silos. Combining commercial drive with marketing awareness and operational oversight comes naturally to you. Some international exposure is a plus.
