Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the Health, Safety & Facilities Specialist for our offices.
* Implement and monitor health, safety, and wellbeing strategies aligned with standards and local legislation.
* Conduct risk assessments for all job positions and define objectives and action plans accordingly.
* Plan and execute emergency drills, deliver safety training, and define personal protective equipment requirements.
* Perform inspections and audits and analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
* Promote a zero-accident culture by supporting teams through training, communication, awareness campaigns, and motivational initiatives.
* Oversee the facilities management of the office, coordinating with external maintenance providers to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
* Manage external service providers based on operational needs.
* Handle procurement processes related to Health & Safety and Facilities, including requesting quotes and placing orders.
* Manage the company car fleet as needed.
About You
Profile & Qualifications
* Academical background in Health & Safety. Also, strong knowledge of local H&S regulations and best practices is a must.
* 1-2 years of experience in Health & Safety. Experience in Facilities Management tasks is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to lead initiatives and influence safety culture across teams.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
* Proficiency in digital tools – Excel & PowerPoint.
