Job Title: Account Executive (Sales)- Italian Market
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Teleperformance)
Job Overview:
As an Account Executive, you'll work with ad products, managing sales and client relationships for the Italian market. Your focus will be driving revenue, closing deals, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will work independently to manage the entire sales cycle and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform outbound sales and lead generation for ad products.
* Present marketing strategies and overcome objections to secure new clients.
* Manage full sales cycles, including cold outreach, pitches, and closing deals.
* Build strong relationships with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Partner with Account Managers to provide a smooth transition for new clients.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of outbound sales and digital marketing experience.
* Fluent in Italian (native) and English (B2).
* Strong negotiation skills and experience working with digital marketing agencies.
* Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue.
Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
