As we continue to evolve and innovate, we're looking for a talented designer to shape the future of how thousands of recruiters and candidates experience our platform every day.Your role:As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work directly with our CPO to design and improve our ATS platform. You'll own the entire design process from research to final specifications and documentation. This role requires autonomy: you translate strategic direction into design solutions, maintain documentation, and work independently day-to-day.What you'll do:
Design user experiences across our platform: applicant tracking, campaign management, application pages, and candidate portalsConduct user research and usability testing to validate your designsPresent design options with clear rationale and recommendations during review sessionsOwn and maintain all design documentation like specs, user flows, research findings, and design system guidelinesDevelop and maintain our design system and component libraries in FigmaDesign onboarding flows and in-product guidance (PLG approach)Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and quality implementationWork autonomously while knowing when to seek input on strategic decisions What we're looking for:
2-3+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2 B Saa S productsProven experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategiesStrong portfolio showing your end-to-end design processExpert proficiency in FigmaStrong documentation skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of front-end development principlesSelf-starter who can work autonomously and take full ownershipAbility to present and defend design decisions with dataFluency in English is a must Why you'll love working with us:
