Position Overview
The Sales Executive at REALEZ is responsible for generating property sales, managing relationships with property owners and buyers, and identifying new opportunities.
This role focuses on residential property resales, supporting the company's growth by sourcing listings, managing client relationships, and successfully closing transactions in the Portuguese real estate market.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Transaction Management
- Manage the full sales cycle of residential properties, from listing to closing.-
- Promote and sell properties listed by REALEZ.-
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers.-
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the purchase process.-
- Coordinate with lawyers, notaries, banks, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth transaction.-
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company CRM.-
- Work with social media outlets to promote properties, generate leads, and increase visibility.
Client Relationship Management
- Contact potential clients.-
- Understand the client's needs and present suitable opportunities.-
- Build and develop strong commercial relationships with buyers and owners.-
- Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Manage incoming leads and conduct structured follow-ups.-
- Maintain consistent communication with potential buyers.-
- Convert leads into property visits and successful transactions.

Business Development
- Identify new property owners interested in selling their properties.-
- Source new listings and contribute to expanding the REALEZ property portfolio.-
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of the commercial team.

Reporting & Performance
- Prepare weekly activity and sales reports.-
- Work with clear KPIs and defined sales targets.-
- Monitor local real estate market trends and provide feedback to management.

Profile We Are Looking For
- Around 1 year of professional experience (real estate experience is an advantage).-
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.-
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-
- Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.-
