Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing and promoting the brand's online communities;
* Day-to-day management with the agency for content planning and production, content publication, monitoring and analysis of results;
* Partial management, shared with the Customer Service team, of interaction with the public on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Social Media Management or similar;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Community and Social Media Management;
* Ability to manage online content and interact with the public in a clear and transparent manner.
* Experience using tools such as Primetag and Emplifi will be valued;
* Knowledge and mastery of social media metrics and analytics is a plus;
* Good teamwork skills.
