As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining technical architectures, and driving innovation through cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead high-performing teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps
3. Develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and best practices
4. Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in technical leadership
* Proficient in languages such as C, C++, Go, Python, and Java
* Experience with container orchestration (K8S) and creation
* Pipeline creation and automation (CI/CD)
* REST API development and backend development
* Understanding of SOLID principles, BDD, and TDD
* Experience with cloud technologies (at least 3 years)
* Strong automation skills
* Interest in participating in software conferences and writing articles about technology
