Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Customer service and Inside sales Agent
for the portuguese market, that will be responsible for establishing successful new business relationships resulting in the company's growth and follow up on existing clients
* Establish and expand business relationships with customers via telephone, e-mail and chat ;
* Administrative Backoffice, business proposals;
* Identify cross and up-sell potentials and distribute the entire product catalogue;
* Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to ensure that your monthly goals are met;
* Collaborate with other departments to articulate all sales stages;
* Stay on top of industry trends, competitors and market conditions;
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in wellness, beauty & health environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present options and build rapport with customers.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and online communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
* Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
* Past experience in upselling, cross-selling, or managing long-term customer relationships is a plus.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy team working.
