This Position As a Lead Buyer, your mission is to optimise the Spend bases across the purchasing segments under your responsibility, for all the client's entities, in accordance with the client's rules of conduct applicable to supplier relationships. A purchasing segment may correspond either to a sub-category within a procurement category or to a portfolio of key suppliers Responsibilities - Support and challenge your clients in their purchasing requests, ensure client satisfaction; - Leads multi-functional teams to define and secure approval for procurement plans within assigned segments, with support from category leadership. - Executes procurement strategies by managing key projects and coordinating entity buyers alongside CPOs. - Oversees supplier selection and ensures compliance with group standards and conduct rules. - Communicates results (tenders, negotiations, process updates) and supports local teams in implementing global contracts. - Tracks and reports savings in line with group procurement guidelines. - Contributes to the development of procurement practices, tools, and cross-category initiatives. - Manages supplier relationships, acting as Key Supplier Manager for major vendors and delegating local management when needed. - Ensures internal customer satisfaction (cost, quality, timelines) and implements improvements where required. - Monitors supplier risk and supports responsible procurement practices. Requirements - Master's degree or equivalent in Business Management - From 3 to 4 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management - Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) - Fluent in English (mandatory) - Fluent in French (mandatory) - Ability to conduct a negotiation - Skills in Purchase/Supply
