Our ideal candidate is a Full Stack Developer (CRM, APIs & Marketing Automation) with 2–4 years of experience who's excited to work on a mix of technical projects. They will be comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and cloud tools, and have basic experience with email templating or a willingness to learn.
Main Requirements
Solid experience with JavaScript (Node.js and/or frontend framework like React or Vue) and PHP
Good understanding of HTML and CSS, especially for emails and basic UI work
Experience working with REST APIs (fetching, parsing, posting data)
Familiarity with database concepts (SQL or NoSQL)
Experience with Git (GitHub or GitLab)
Able to write clear, maintainable code in a structured way
Comfortable working with JSON, webhooks, and API tokens
Nice to Have
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent)
Familiarity with AMPScript, Liquid, or templating languages
Basic knowledge of email deliverability or responsive email HTML
Understanding of message queues (like RabbitMQ)
Experience building dashboards or data visualizations (e.g. Chart.js, Looker Studio, custom JS)
