Maven Legal Division, part of Maven, a boutique real estate investment and management company, is looking for an Associate Lawyer (2–5 years PQE) to join our growing legal team in Lisbon.
This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer seeking hands-on experience in real estate and immigration law, working with international clients and alongside experienced professionals in a boutique, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct real estate due diligence (encumbrances, zoning, statutory checks)
• Draft and review contracts: purchase and sale (CPCV), leases, and service provider agreements (architects, engineers, contractors)
• Support preparation of deeds and transaction documentation
• Assist with immigration matters: Golden Visa, residence permits, nationality applications, NIF, Social Security, and bank account openings
• Collaborate with Maven's immigration coordinator and real estate management team
• Liaise with public authorities, notaries, and banks on client matters

Requirements
• Portuguese Bar registered lawyer (mandatory)
• 2–5 years PQE in real estate and/or immigration law
• Strong drafting and research skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Proactive, client-oriented, and comfortable working in an international setting
