We are seeking a Tech Lead in Website Support with strong expertise in English and French (both spoken and written).
The ideal candidate will coordinate workflows, manage website operations, and act as the main communication bridge between stakeholders, users, and the technical team.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate workflows and perform Level 1 operational tasks, such as website management, responding to user requests, and incident management.Serve as the multilingual communication link (English and French required, Portuguese is a plus) between stakeholders, users, and the technical team.Ensure that user requests, team priorities, and technical requirements are properly aligned.RequirementsHigher education in Computer Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in website or webfactory management and support.Solid experience in frontend development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure and DNS management tools such as Nameshield.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with WordPress (PHP).Experience using analytics platforms, preferably Matomo (nice to have).Experience in incident management, ideally with EasyVista (nice to have).Knowledge of SEO, GDPR, and data privacy best practices.ITIL certification is an advantage.Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written) - mandatory.Additional InformationCandidate must reside in Portugal.Occasional travel to Lisbon and Paris will be required (a few times per year).
