What will be your mission?
Ensure the smooth operation of Recruitment and Selection processes ;
Develop and implement sourcing strategies ;
Proactively identify and engage candidates through multiple channels;
Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback;
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labour laws and standards of fairness and efficiency.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Sciences, or a similar field ;
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with Microsoft profiles ;
Strong sourcing and networking skills;
User‐centric mindset;
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills;
Dynamic, versatile, proactive, and highly organised profile;
Immediate availability .
What do we offer?
12‐month temporary employment contract with Adecco Human Resources;
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the possibility of remote work (2 days in the office / 3 days remote);
Salary according to experience, between 1700€ to 1900€;
Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day, paid via meal card.
